- Reconfigured and immediately ready for use after repair
If Advantech Service-IoT GmbH is familiar with the image staged on the hardware, we can reconfigure your system after repair. The device is returned to you completely ready for use.
- Repair with short lead times
We, the manufacturer, know the systems down to the last detail and make sure all defects are eliminated quickly.
The lead time for your repair is up to 5 working days (depending on the agreed service level).
- Shipping costs
We bear the expense for all shipping costs for returns within the EU.
